Auf ein<br>Sieb abgiessen. Etwa 100 g Erbsen mit 1 EL Butter zusammen<br>p\u00fcrieren.<br>Die Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und mit dem Risotto-Reis in 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br>glasig d\u00fcnsten. Mit Weiswein abl\u00f6schen und einkochen lassen.
